Description: Create beautiful art glass products using your own designs or ones provided for class use and get introduced to the wonderful world of glass fusing!

 - Teaches the basics of fusing including glass compatibility, kiln vocabulary, kiln shelf preparation, firing schedules, safety precautions, and fusing glass assembly.

 - Kiln firings can be demonstrated during class upon request to allow students hands

 -on experience with kilns.

 - Four glass bases that are four inch squares will be provided and each student will have plenty of time to build four pieces during class. Additional bases in assorted shapes and sizes can be also be purchased and built.

 - All products created during class will be fired after the class concludes and each student is required to return the following week to pick up the finished pieces.

 - The glass, designs, supplies, and tools are for in studio use only. All are available for purchase to take home for personal use.
