copper foil. Foil is a versatile technique used
to create small suncatchers, windows, three
dimensional forms, and so much more!
- Teaches how to cut, foil, solder, hook,
clean, and chain a stained glass panel using the
copper foil method.
- Copper foil is one of two techniques used
when constructing stained glass windows, the
other is lead came. Foil is better for smaller
windows and lead is stronger for larger windows.
- Items not included in the class fee are the
project glass you select, roll of 60/40 solder,
copper foil, any metal framing, hooks, and chain.
Bring any items you already own to avoid extra
fees.
- Supplies and tools provided are for in studio
use only. All are available for purchase to take
home for personal use.
